This website is owned by Pot Dispensary Pty Ltd (ABN 99 631 826 189) (“Pot Dispensary” or “we”, “us” or “our”).

We can’t wait for you to get your creative fix with us! We aim to provide you all with a safe, inclusive, respectful and most of all fun studio space to create your masterpieces, but in certain areas, we must adopt strict guidelines in order for the studio to be a safe and comfortable environment for everyone to use.

Please ensure you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions before you book a class or workshop.



Health & Safety

Pot Dispensary takes a serious approach toward health and safety for the sake of all staff and students. Students use the studio at their own risk, with awareness of the inherent hazards of a studio environment which include, but are not limited to, the use of sharp tools and sharp edges, exposure to toxic materials and the risks associated with breathing dust.

Students must comply with all health and safety instructions given by staff at all times.

Technical Issues & Breakages

Pot Dispensary ensures that staff are experienced and trained to handle and fire your ceramic work. However, the nature of ceramics carries a risk of technical failure and breakages for which we cannot be held responsible.

Conduct & Exclusions

Disruptive or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated. Users of the Pot Dispensary and facilities must be respectful and courteous at all times. Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and we reserve the right to exclude any offending parties from the studio at any time if the behaviour in our opinion is deemed dangerous, inappropriate or causes (or has the potential to cause) offence, harm or injury.

Images for promotional purposes

Pot Dispensary has the right to take and use images of you as an attendee, of any class or event, for the purposes of promotion via the website, Instagram or other media for the benefit solely of the said business. Please inform us if you do not wish to use any images of you.
