we aim to have all ‘ready to ship’ orders shipped within 1-3 days of purchase.

for custom orders, we aim for a 6 week turnaround time. this may vary depending on various factors such as quantity, time of year and the unpredictable nature of working with clay/raw materials and kilns which may cause delays. we will work to provide our best estimate and contact you once your order is ready to be shipped.

in our efforts to fight the war on waste we strive to use sustainable packaging and packing materials wherever possible such as 100% recyclable boxes. we also encourage the reuse or recycling of the packaging from your order.

we make every effort to ensure your fragile order arrives safely in once piece. if there does happen to be breakage, please contact us as soon as possible with images of your defective items, and we will review and send your replacement accordingly. we offer a 7-day replacement for defective items, after which we do not accept any returns. please select your order carefully as refunds will not be issued for ‘change of mind’.
